Happy New Year 2023 – New Year is the time or day that the new calendar year now begins, and the calendar year is incremented by one. Many cultures celebrate this event in some way. In the most widely used calendar system today, the Gregorian calendar, New Year’s Day falls on his January 1st (New Year’s Day before New Year’s Eve). This was also the first day of the year in the original Julian and Roman calendars.

Other cultures follow their own customs to celebrate traditional or religious New Year’s Day.
